Ben Ward responds to the Microsoft Office Outlook team’s gibberish and convoluted “The Power of Word in Outlook” post.

He goes on to say that “There is no widely-recognized consensus in the industry about what subset of HTML is appropriate for use in e-mail for interoperability” – this is presented in bold using a <b> element, but we’ll assume he intended <strong>.

Prepare to laugh – a lot.
