I am working on an HTML5 Forms compatibility library and want to include your code with my work to implement the HTML5 “range” input type. I know your code distributed under a permissive license, but I wanted to mail you as a courtesy and ask “is that alright” instead of you just seeing it posted randomly on the web.
I also wanted to know how you wanted to be attributed (since the Creative Commons License you states that I “must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor”).
