Having two children in quick succession has, if nothing else, changed what gets placed onto my iTune’s playlist. The acoustic content of the playlist seems to be in direct relation to how tired and wilted I currently feel.
I must be feeling extremely tired and wilted at the moment as a quick glance at this weekend’s playlist produced a veritable “who’s who” of acoustic talent – with one exception, “Message To Bears“, who’s debut E.P. is, unfortunately, no longer available (as in “Sold Out”).
I’ve bought the Dead Pilot Records compilation which includes a Message To Bears track (a great compilation by the way, limited edition, with beautiful minimalist artwork) but this hasn’t quenched my thirst for all things Message to Bear-like.
I’ve tried to contact Jerome (of Message to Bears fame) to ask if it was possible to purchase a copy of the E.P. in MP3 format but have had no luck so far… so, getting to the point, does anyone out there in the ether know how I can beg, borrow or steal a copy of the debut E.P?
Non-virtual pints of Guinness are on offer for the good soul that can point me in the right direction.

@ Jerome: Hi Jerome, thanks for the comment. I’ve actually managed to get deadpilot to put aside a copy for me in case I’m not near a keyboard when the call goes out. I’m looking forward to hearing the music through something other than the myspace music player!
